3-14-11
At about 6:50 am on Sunday 13, 2011, MPD patrolmen Joey Smith initiated a traffic stop on a 1995 Gold Buick Regal with a tag that was registered to another vehicle. The driver gave Smith false ID information.
During a search of the occupants, Smith discovered 41 crack rocks, 5 dime bags of marijuana, 1 gram of powder cocaine and $307.00 spread out in numerous pockets.
The driver, James Hill, was charged with Possession of narcotics with intent to sell, resisting without violence and attaching a tag not assigned to the vehicle.
Charlie Carter was charged with Possession of narcotics with intent to sell.
Both were transported to the Madison County jail.
MPD Cpl. Eric Gilbert assisted with the traffic stop.

You can’t buy a new truck with that amount!
@ NOO: Hey if Smith said there was a gram of coke then there prolly was, went to school with him forever he don’t bs folks.
Good Job Wild Cat!…Dangerous drugs like that destroy families and communities no matter if its one gram or 100.
Kind of makes you wonder who has crack rocks in there pocket every time you walk in the grocery store in Madison! Especially after you see so many people comment about it and they know so much about it and defend these drug dealers! Good job MPD.
those are some weak dime bags, and if all the coke they found was in that dollar bill…well that aint no gram bro -_-
