PUBLIC NOTICE
FOR A SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE
The Madison County Planning & Zoning Board and Board of County Commissioners will hold public hearings in the County Commission Meeting Room, Courthouse Annex, 229 SW Pinckney Street, Madison, Florida. The first public hearing with the Planning & Zoning Board will be on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. or soon as the matter can be heard. The second public hearing with the Board of County Commissioners will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 4:00 p.m., or soon as the matter can be heard, on the following application for Special Exception:
APPLICATION: A request by Solar Distributors of America, LLC, to be granted a special exception under Section 4.4A, of the Madison County Land Development Regulations to permit a Public Service/Utility (Solar Panel Project) on the following property:
A parcel of land lying in Section 20, Township 1 North, Range 9 East, Madison County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: A portion of Tax ID# 20-1N-09-3594-000-000 Containing 23.38 acres, more or less. Said lands situate, lying and being in Madison County, Florida.
A copy of the proposed site application is available for inspection by the public during normal business hours at the Board of County Commissioners Administration Office, Courthouse Annex, Room 219, Madison, FL. or you may contact Jeanne Bass, at (850) 973-3179 for additional information.
