   Dear Sarge: I doubt that most people that have lost a family member even think about something like that. Easy thing to let slide. Regarding my supposed reference to the president, I keep thinking about Reverend Wright….”Don’t God Bless America….GD America”. I didn’t cotton to that too much. Then we have Eric Holder who should undoubtedly be in federal prison for, heck, take your pick…my favorite is the Black Panthers with ball bats intimidating voters at the polls in….hey! it was Chicago! Then there was the lying to Congress thing. I think LBJ was the most successful politican to ever hold the office, he was just a lying, manipulating bottom feeder. I believe that President Obama, on the other hand, really believes the Marxist, Socialist, George Soros pablum that he preaches. GD America indeed. And he sat there for 20 years and listened to it. I don’t want to pay for other people to have cell phones. I don’t want to pay for other people to have free food cards. I don’t want to pay for other people to have free day care while they collect their unemployment and disability checks. Most of the people – and I say that with some reservation- if you are really disabled, God Bless you, good luck and I am proud to help however I can- but I know too many who are entirely capable of working for cash. I have long suggested that folks collecting unemployment be required to show up at the county camp and do whatever task is required for at least 16 hours a week. They can look for work the rest of the time. I suspect you would see unemployment claims plummet. Do you really want to hold up Chicago as a model of government at work? The Daley machine? And now the Rahm Emanuel machine? Heck, the only thing we have to compare to it is Hialeah. President Obama may have a God in his life, but I am not at all convinced it is a Christian God. But heck, that is just my opinion and I respect yours.

   It is the responsibility of the family to make sure that the Supervisor of Elections’ office knows that a family member has died if the person is registered to vote.

   Frank: The reference to Obama is not cute and the time has come to grow up and get serious. The man is not responsible for everything that is wrong with this country. I can say he must have God in his life, because the treatment he is receiving and not retaliating for the actions, definitely takes the strength that only God will provide.
