I, Jada Woods Williams, would like to announce my candidacy for re-election as your Supervisor of Elections. I have served as Madison County Supervisor of Elections for six years. I appreciate the opportunities that you have given me to lead and serve the voters of this county. The commitment, dedication, and support that you have given to me throughout my years of service to our community has strengthened, motivated, and encouraged me to lead our county in the right direction for future endeavors.
I have attended many classes, trainings, seminars, and workshops conducted by Florida Division of Elections, Florida State Association of Supervisor of Elections, VR (Voter Registration Systems) and Dominion Voting Systems. These trainings have ensured and prepared me with the best tools on how to serve the voters in Madison County. I have mastered all courses and conducted a Federal General Election, therefore, I have been honored as one of Florida’s certified Supervisor of Elections. I’m on various committees with the Supervisor of Elections Association to include: Board of Directors, Publication and Communication, and Scholarship. The six years as Supervisor of Elections has been a learning, growing, and joyous experience. I will continue to increase voter registration, voter awareness, voter education, and voter turnout.
I am a life-long resident of Madison County. I am married to Coach Rod Williams with two children, RJ and Rihanna. I have attended several universities where I am looking forward to receiving my Specialist in Reading and Language Arts from Florida State University in the near future. Some of my affiliations include: member/Young Matron of St. James Missionary Baptist Church, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, President of Madison Rotary Club, mentor for Take Stock in Children, and volunteer for Salvation Army etc. Again, I am the best candidate that will hold our Madison County Community close to heart regardless of the challenges we may face.
Together, we have been able to accomplish many milestones and with your continuous support our accomplishments would continue to grow. RE-ELECT Jada Woods Williams as Madison County Supervisor of Elections.
