Eddie Ealy, you are so right. Things are very rotten in this county and they are being brought to light. Why everyone has to play the race card is beyond me. That”s the first thing that is brought up, It must have to do with racism. If the shoe fits, someone has to wear it. Whether it be white or black, rights right and wrong is wrong.

Don’t rip scripture apart to try to prove your point. Its sad we will try to justify scripture with something its not saying. Look, everything and everyone are not what the appear all of the time. When you look at the PC report there are clearly some stuff he did he should not have done. What makes me sick to my stomach is reading the commens that say, “oh it just this amount of money whats the big deal.” White black purple or yellow I hope this country starts holding our elected officials to a higher standard. I don’t care if it comes down to the 25 dollars he spent that he admitted to spending when he was not working to eat. It’s wrong plain and simple. If there are any others doing it they need to be held accountable to. Its these liberal attitudes that have this country in the mess we are in. We should care what our officials are doing. If people dont start standin up for whats right and dumbing it down to “oh its so petty lets brush in under the carpet”, folks we are in trouble.

The African American’s were arrested because they are suspected of breaking the law. A very sad story for those whom I also believed to be good people. There are many Aftican American’s who have served our county honestly, and they are respected for the outstanding jobs they do. The only thing ‘rotten’ about all of this is the attitude of the so called oppressed and that makes me sick to my stomach. Your comment is racism at it’s finest Eddie.
As the scripture read “…and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.” (John 3:19; KJV) We see Madison is still exposing itself for what many citizens in the county already know. In the past year we have had three African American officials arrested and removed from offices on various impropriety charges and no one Caucasian. Yet, our county history in politics has always been dominated by Caucasian males. What are the odds of this vast majority holding “rule” over a county forever and not one have been accused, arrested and/or removed from office for any reason(s). The facts speak for themselves…Something is very rotten in Madison County! (Again)
Yet another embarrassment to our county, unbelievable. I’ve known Alfred most of my life and I have to say this is so dissappointing and very sad, especially for someone I once held in high regard. He has been in the center of controversy before which was thought by many to be the biased option of our local print media. This however shows the true colors of a man who could have made a difference in our community if he had not let power and greed get the best of him. On another note, I hope and pray that all registered voters think long and hard about the best person for the job and not let your vote be based on popularity or emotion.
