Marijuana Cultivation Arrest
News Release (September 4, 2012)
Madison County Sheriff Ben Stewart reports that on Thursday the 30th day of August 2012 the Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force was assisted by the National Guard to conduct county wide aerial searches of potential marijuana growing operations.
The search discovered seven (7) marijuana plants between 6 and 7 feet tall behind the residence of Dennis Riggdon located at 622 NE Joshua Tree Way in Lee Florida. The plants have an approximate value of $7,000.00.
Dennis Riggdon, W/M, DOB: 08/27/1951 of Lee Florida was arrested without incident and charged with Cultivation of Marijuana and possession marijuana less than 20 grams.


The “National Guard!” ??? Are you serious? For 7 marijuana plants? In Lee, Fl.??! Tell me this isn’t so….

National Guard in Lee, FL, imagine that. Its great that crime is so low in all other areas of state so the nation guard comes to lee to bust a weed grower. I wonder how much tax money was used to bust this evil man lol.
