Cowboys cruise in regional semifinal
MADISON, Fla. – On a cold windy night at Boot Hill, Madison County opened the first round of the FHSAA 3A playoffs with a convincing 54-7 win over the Providence Stallions from Jacksonville. Regional final action will be next Friday night in Madison when district foe Pensacola Catholic looks for revenge after losing earlier in the season 29-28 in overtime to the Cowboys. The Crusaders staged an impressive comeback last night in Jacksonville and defeated Trinity Christian 22-21.

Go Cowboys!!!!!! Proud of you for an excellent season. Glad you get to play at Boot Hill again Friday night. Pensacola Catholic will be ready to get back at us from their loss earlier in the season. Coach Coe needs to light a fire under the cowboys and get them physically and emotionally ready to play. Pensacola is going to be out for blood. This will be a get even game so Cowboys got to be ready. I have confidence in the Cowboys and Coaching Staff and I think it will be a W in the Cowboy’s column. Go Cowboys……….
