Now, now, Leroy, don’t get your panties all in a wad. I will say that I have never practiced any acts like this in the back of a store. Seems like a feller ought to get a little privacy for such as that! Just to show you that I am open minded, I do agree with your assessment that the guy is a primitive primate. See? We agree on something. The beginning of a spirited and civil dialogue! Regarding global warming, I have no doubt it is going on. But see little point in hamstringing this country while China, India and Brazil are balls to the walls (oops! don’t take that the wrong way!) polluting most of the rest of the earth. And I suspect that if the next time the miscreant is heavily armed it will be a very short lived fire fight. Regarding Rubio, I can only hope that he is not the salvation or future of the Republican Party. I vote for Rand Paul for that job.
@Sarge -Like you, I would like to see the nation return to being God-centric. Sadly, the statistics show othewise. More and more, young people are turning from the faith of their parents, in addition to the religous diversity brought here with people from other places. To protect the freedom of those we disagree with is to protect our own as well. Whether or not I believe the experiment will end well this way is another matter. History has proven time and time again, that the infighting resulting from such contrasting values and beliefs at the core level, typically culminates in a more powerful central government. In our federal constitutional republic (aka the U.S. as it was established), all authority and power flow from God, through the people, and then is carefully measured to government. In the absence of an effectual and unifying faith, God is taken out of the equation, creating democracy (demos cracy, literally, “the people rule”), where the majority dictates to everyone. People are fallible; we can’t do it without God. Eventually, civil government takes on a life of its own, interpreting values and principles relatively, disregarding God. Combine this with a most narcississtic leader, and the state “becomes god”.
@Frank and others
The reason this country is going through so much hard time is because years ago it was decided that God was getting in our Constitutional way and he had to be removed. As a result, this is what we are left with. Until we realize that God has all power, the country will continue to deteriorate. We are heading back to days when Jesus pleaded with the Father to let him go down and redeem man. We must stop this rhetoric and get to work and bring this country back to its Spiritual-filled days. At the present, this country is no better than some of the countries overseas. The only difference is everybody is using the Constitution to hide behind. Instead of complaining, let’s get busy and reform this country and become a country to be proud of no matter who is the Commander in Chief. God has told us ALL POWER IS IN HIS HANDS. Man has no power but the talent to manipulate people into doing what they want.
@John:
The city Police Department is very selective in their use of press releases, aren’t they?
@Frank,
Just watched that Rubio feller give his message. Seems he trashed everything the pres and gov does even though it was important for his father, and now his mother who is on medicare. He even admitted he borrowed over a 100k for his education from the gov. Yet he says gov needs to get out of the way and allow greed to step forward and rule our country.
Frank, did you vote for this guy? Shame if you did. Amateur.
@Frank,
Just watching that Obammer feller give his state of the union address.
You know what that feller has got more good ideas and solutions in his first 5 minutes than you have offered in the last year. Please pay attention.
He is now talking about global warming. Telling the truth in my opinion. Rush has been lying to me. Quit listening to him several weeks ago.
Mr. Harris is just another primitive primate who has not yet obtained a suit and a firearm. Otherwise he is like the rest of us. (Well, not like you since you have never practiced this act.) He needs help. Lets not laugh or bully him. Cause next time he is found behind a building he may be have a AR-15 with a 100 round mag.
Think about it!
I have to suspect that this fellow just received his stimulation money from Obammer.
